分析了德、美、澳大利亚等发达国家的产学合作模式及其支持环境,讨论了我国产学合作现状、存在问题,提出了为推进高职产学合作、提高人才培养质量,必须以专业建设为龙头,以人才培养模式创新为根本,以课程建设与改革为核心,以师资队伍建设为保障,以实践教学条件的完善为重点。

To advance the cooperration of Industry-Academic in higher vocational education, we must let speciality construction as the leading, innovation of talent training model as the fundamental,courses in construction and reform as the core, teachers in the building for security, Teaching practice in order to focus on improving conditions.
