摘要
游泳技能的学习相比其他陆地项目有着许多特点和难点,表象训练能加快学生对游泳理论和技术的掌握。为此对表象训练在游泳教学中的应用进行探索和研究,并根据实践经验提出四点建议。
The swimming skill＇s study compares other land project to have many characteristics and the difficulty, the representation training can speed up the student to the swimming theory and technical grasping. This article carries on the exploration and the research to the representation training in the swimming teaching＇s application, and puts forward four proposals according to the experience.
