Research on Teacher Culture in Our Country since the New Century

我国对教师文化的研究,始于20世纪80年代。进入新世纪以来,学者们在教师文化研究的诸多方面开展了新的研究,取得了不少的成果。文章从教师文化的内涵研究、教师文化的类型及特征研究、教师文化的建设研究等方面,对新世纪以来的教师文化研究的有关情况进行了梳理、总结,对存在的一些不足进行了反思。

The research on teacher culture has been carried out in our country since the 1980s. In the new century, scholars have carried out many new researches on it, and have achieved a lot. The article has sorted out and summed up the relative materials concerning teacher culture since the new century from the aspects of the connotations, types, characteristics and construction of teacher culture, and also made some reflections on these issues.
