基于AMESim的矢量控制变频液压绞车系统仿真 被引量:6

摘要 针对矿用防爆液压绞车存在的实际应用问题,提出了一种新的变频液压容积调速和节流调速相结合的综合调速模式。建立变频液压容积调速和节流调速相结合的液压绞车复合调速系统,利用AMESim软件,建立矢量控制三相异步电动机的仿真模型,并与绞车液压系统仿真模型相结合,建立了绞车矢量控制变频液压容积节流调速的仿真模型,在此基础上进行系统性能仿真研究。结果表明该绞车低速稳定性好,速度跟踪精度高。同时,也表明复合液压传动系统可以很好地解决低速、大惯量负载的速度控制问题。 A new kind of integrated speed control model is proposed by combining variable frequency volume speed regulation with throttle speed governing. A compound hydraulic system of winder with variable frequency control and variable displacement speed control is presented. Using AMESim software, the vector control three phase asynchronous motor simulation model is set up. Based on the hydraulic winder simulation model, the simulation model of the compound system is built. Simulation based on the established models indicates that the compound hydraulic system has the performance of low-speed stability and high velocity tracking accuracy. It also indicates that the compound hydraulic system is suitable for the system control with lower speed and large inertia.
