摘要
本文提出了以泵的关键运动副动态间隙尺寸(即动态油膜厚度)作为评定液压泵污染敏感度和决定系统过滤精度的一个重要参数,它可以在不破坏泵的条件下通过测量泵对颗粒污染物的破碎情况来确定。
In this paper the size of the clearance of the key moving parts is considered as the parameter to evaluate the pump contaminant sensitivity and todetermine the filter rating of the system. It can be measured through monitoring the destruction of different sizes of particles without the damage of the pump.
