摘要
针对胜利油田低渗透油藏注空气低温氧化提高采收率,基于室内实验和数值模拟相结合的手段,通过拟合氧化实验的压力降、产出气体含量,建立了注空气低温氧化(LTO)模拟模型,评价了注空气效果影响因素的敏感性及作用机理,对比了注空气与注N2的驱油效果及经济可行性。实际应用表明,模拟与实验结果吻合较好,数值模拟方法可行;胜利油田渤南罗36断块注空气效果影响因素的重要性大小依次为注气速度、油藏温度、剩余油饱和度、油藏倾角、射孔位置等;注空气相对于注N2而言成本低,驱油效果好。为胜利油田低渗油藏注空气动态监测及方案调整提供了依据,对注空气提高采收率开发方案的制订及优化具有借鉴意义。
This research investigates the feasibility of air injection LTO(low temperature oxidation)process for improved oil recovery(IOR) in low permeability reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield.Laboratory experiment on oil oxidation and reservoir unmerical simulation methods are used in the assessment for LTO and IOR mechanism analysis and sensitivity studies on various reservoirs and engineering parameters.Economic analysis is also conducted in comparison with N2 injection process in terms of IOR and field operation for Luo-36 Block.The studies show that the influential factors in terms of incremental oil recovery and LTO reaction for the field ranked from air injection rate,reservoir temperature,remaining oil saturation,reservoir dip angle and to perforation locations.Compared with N2 injection,air injection can be an effective IOR option with low cost and high oil recovery for the low permeability reservoirs in the region.
