摘要
以生产使用菌种土曲霉NLYT234为出发菌株,经紫外线、高温、氯化锂诱变处理和多次分离、筛选获得一支性能稳定的衣康酸高产突变株土曲霉NLYT-2—801,在含淀粉糖140g/L的培养基上40℃-43℃摇瓶72h,衣康酸产量92.1g/L,糖酸转化率63.18%~67.83%。经300m^3发酵罐生产验证,诱变后菌种的酸度和糖酸转化率分别比以前提高了31.1%和6%。
Treated by ultraviolet ray, high temperature, lithium chloride mutagenesis and repeated segregation , a thermostable mutant of Aspergillus terreus NLYT-2-801 for high yielding itaconic acid was obtained from the original producer of Aspergillus terreus NLYT234. Then cultured in the medium with starch sugar 140g/L at 40--43℃ for 72 hours, the production by NLYT-2-801 was as high as 92. 1g/L and the rate of converting sugar to acid was 63.18% 67.83 %. The verification test in a 300m^3 fermenter, the acidity and the rate of converting sugar to acid were increased by 31.1% and 6 % respectively than before.
