摘要
农村中小学教师队伍建设中存在很多的问题,主要是教师队伍的整体素质偏低,教师队伍的学科结构不合理,教师的待遇较低,培训机会少,知识老化快等。为此,应改善农村中小学教师的待遇和工作生活条件,推进农村中小学教师专业化、队伍稳定化发展,加大对农村中小学教师和校长的培训力度,鼓励城镇优秀教师和毕业生到农村支教,建立和完善激励机制和制约机制。
There are problems in rural primary and secondary school teachers, which is mainly the overall low quality teachers, teaching profession disciplines, irrational structure, low treatment, fewer training opportunities and so on. Therefore, we should improve the treatment of rural primary and secondary school and teachers' living and working conditions, carry forward development of specialization and the stability for rural primary and secondary school teachers, and increase effort to train of rural primary and secondary school teachers and principals, encourage towns' outstanding teachers and graduates to the rural areas, establish and perfect system of incentives and constraints mechanism.
