腓骨支撑术在复杂胫腓骨粉碎骨折治疗中的体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨腓骨支撑术在复杂胫腓骨粉碎骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法对45例复杂胫腓骨粉碎性骨折,采用先解剖复位内固定腓骨,通过其内支撑器作用,达到间接复位胫骨骨折的目的,然后行髓内针或外固定架固定胫骨骨折。结果随访10~17个月,平均随访时间13.5个月,采用Johner-Wruhs评分标准,优40例,良2例,可3例。结论应用解剖复位内固定腓骨来达到间接复位胫骨骨折,操作简单,符合骨折治疗的微创-生物学原则,有利于骨折愈合。预防性自体髂骨植骨、注意针道护理、加强康复期指导,是提高疗效的关键。
