圆坯电磁软接触连铸结晶器切缝参数的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了盖板、切缝数、切缝宽度和切缝长度等结晶器结构参数对部分切缝圆坯电磁软接触结晶器内部磁场分布和弯月面变形的影响规律。结果表明,对于部分切缝结晶器而言,结晶器口部有无盖板对其内部磁场分布和弯月面高度的影响不大;随着切缝数目增加,磁感应强度增大,弯月面变形增大,当切缝数由24增加到32时,磁感应强度峰值增加了32%,弯月面高度增加了110%;切缝宽度增大,磁感应强度略微增大,弯月面变形增大,当切缝宽度由0.3mm增加到0.5mm时,磁感应强度峰值增加了15%,弯月面高度同时增加;切缝长度增加,磁感应强度、磁场作用范围、弯月面变形都增大,当切缝长度由100mm增到加130mm时,磁感应强度峰值增加了28%,弯月面高度增加了155%。 Effects of mold configuration parameters,such as cover plate,slit numbers,slit width and slit length,on distribution of magnetic flux intensity and shape of meniscus in electromagnetic soft contact continuous casting mold for slit round billets were described.It is found that distribution of magnetic flux intensity and height of meniscus in the mold are independent of the presence or absence of cover plate.However,with increasing in slit numbers,the magnetic flux intensity and height of meniscus in the mold can be increased,where increasing in slit numbers from 24 to 32,peak value of magnetic flux intensity and height of meniscus are increased by 32% and by 110%,respectively.Meanwhile,with increasing in slit width from 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm,the magnetic flux intensity is increased by 15% with the increase of height of meniscus.In addition,with increasing in slit length from 100 mm to 130 mm,the peak value of magnetic flux intensity and height of meniscus are increased by 28% and by 155%,respectively.
