摘要
使用模具涂料和局部冷却模具相结合的方法,对金属型重力铸造凝固过程中模具温度场进行调节。采用Pro-CAST完成了铝合金车轮金属型重力铸造凝固过程的数值模拟。针对铝合金轮毂的热节部位进行分析,提出了工艺改进方案,消除了铸件的热节部位。
Temperature field in permanent mold during solidification was adjusted by means of mould coating combining with localized cooling for mould.Solidification process of aluminum alloy wheel in permanent gravity casting was simulated by the ProCAST software,and the modified processing design was proposed based on the analysis of hot spot location in aluminum alloy wheel,successfully eliminating hot spot in the wheel.The results validate that it is helpful for predicting defects in the wheel in permanent gravity casting and for modifying processing design by numerical simulation.
