摘要
基于正交试验方法,并结合铸造专用数值模拟软件JSCAST对镁合金缸盖罩压铸工艺参数进行优化模拟研究,确定了指导企业压铸生产的优化工艺参数:压射速度为7m/s,浇注温度为690℃,模具温度为210℃。镁合金缸盖罩压铸工艺试验验证了所确定优化工艺参数的合理性,同时也证明了压铸过程数值模拟的可靠性。
Optimized processing parameters for die casting cylinder cover were determined by orthogonal testing combining with numerical simulation of JSCAST software.The results indicate that the desirable cylinder cover can be produced with pouring at 690℃ and injecting velocity at 7 m/s as well as preheating die at 210℃,which was validated by practical production,showing availability of numerical simulation in die casting.
