电磁连铸铝合金扁锭结晶器内磁场的改善 被引量:2

摘要 用特斯拉计测量了电磁连铸铝合金扁锭结晶器内的磁感应强度,发现与只有感应线圈的情况相比,结晶器内的磁场严重衰弱,不能满足软接触电磁连铸的要求,其原因是结晶器铝壁的磁导率较小,造成电磁场的涡流损耗,导致结晶器内的磁场衰弱。硅钢片导磁性优良,将其布置在感应线圈周围,可以降低结晶器内磁路的磁阻,使大部分磁力线形成回路,从而减少磁场衰弱,提高结晶器内的磁感应强度。硅钢片在结晶器内的最佳布置情况为:在线圈底部和侧面都放置硅钢片,其中侧面放置6片,厚度为1.8mm,与线圈距离为8.5mm。 Compared with that of one with only induction coils,the magnetic induction intensity in mold for electromagnetic continuous aluminum alloy slab measured by the Teslameter can not meet the requirements of soft contact electromagnetic continuous casting as a result of the dramatic fading of magnetic induction intensity in the mold,which is attributed to the low magnetic conductivity of aluminum wall resulting in the eddy loss in electromagnetic field.The silicon steel sheets with excellent magnetic conductivity can decrease magnetic reluctance in the mold and make major magnetic lines form loop to reduce magnetic fading and to improve the magnetic induction intensity in the mold through arranging around the induction coils.The optimized arranging condition of silicon steel sheets in the mold is as follows:setting silicon steel sheets at side and bottom of the induction coils,in which setting numbers at the side are six sheets with 1.8 mm in thickness and at a distance of 8.5 mm from coil.
