大气污染对心血管疾病影响的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 许多证据表明大气污染与心血管疾病有关,其中以颗粒物的影响最为人们所关注。长期效应研究表明,长期接触污染空气与缺血性心脏病、心律失常、心力衰竭和心脏猝死等心血管疾病死亡率的升高有关,其对人群的健康效应不存在明确的最低浓度阈值;短期效应研究表明,心血管疾病住院率和死亡率随大气颗粒物浓度的增加而升高,并存在地域性差异。SO2、NO2、CO和O3的升高与心血管病住院率上升也有关。大气污染对心血管疾病的影响机制包括血管紧张性变化、氧化应激反应、炎性介质的参与等。
