摘要 线粒体DNA作为理想的分子遗传标记被广泛应用于马鹿进化生物学、种群遗传学和保护生物学的研究。该文阐述了mtDNA在马鹿中的研究进展,重点介绍马鹿mtDNA序列的研究概况及其多态性在马鹿物种识别、起源和进化、地理分化、遗传多样性和保护管理等方面的应用情况。 Mitochondrial DNA as an ideal genetic marker has been successfully used in the research of evolutionary biology, population genetics and conservation biology of red deer. This article was aimed at discussing the apphcation and study progress of mtDNA in red deer. First, their features and current research advances on the complete and partial mtDNA sequences were reviewed. Then mtDNA polymorphism and it' s detection methods were also introduced. Furthermore, emphasis was put on file applications in the fields of systematic evolution, identification and differentiation, phylogeography, genetic diversity, conservation and management of red deer in recent years. Finally, there was a prospect in this article.
