摘要
电站锅炉的换热器管经常发生爆破和泄漏事故,严重影响锅炉运行安全。按照换热器管的设计、制造、安装、运行和维修等先后顺序以及所处位置和运行环境的不同,论述了电站锅炉换热器管产生爆漏的原因及应采取的对策。
The burst -leakage failures occurred frequently on heat -exchanging tubes of utility boilers, seriously affect safe operation of the boilers. According to the sequence in succesion of design, manufacture,installation,and operation of the heat -exchanging tubes,as well as different positions and environments of operation, the causes leading to burst - leakage on heat - exchanging tubes of utility boilers,and countermeasures must be adopted, have been expounded, providing reference for boiler manufacture, power plant design and construction, as well as for operation and maintenance.
