摘要
邯郸热电厂气力除灰系统在运行中存在出力不足、堵管、管道磨损、用气量大、落灰不畅等问题,对此,提出了增加仓泵容积、改进气灰混合方式、更换磨损弯头、降低输灰速度及空气系统增容改造等措施,实施后基本解决了上述问题,保证了系统运行的稳定性。
The problems existing in operation of pneumatic ash handling system in Handan Thermal Power Plant are as follows:insufficient output capacity, clogging in pipe, worn-out of pipelines, large amout of used air,and inadequate ash -dropping etc.. For these, some measures,such as increasing the capacity of depository pump,improving mixing mode of air and ash,replacing the worn-out elbows,decreasing the speed of ash handling,and retrofitting the air system to increase the capacity etc. ,have been put forward. After implementation, the ahove- mentined problems have basically been solved.ensuring the stability in operation of said system.
