直接空冷机组的热态冲洗

HOT-STATE FLUSHING OF DIRECT AIR-COOLED UNIT

针对覆盖过滤器投运过程中存在的问题,对直接空冷机组的热态冲洗提出了具体的冲洗方案:(1)不仅对空冷凝汽器及相应管道冲洗,还包括汽轮机侧各疏水管道和排汽装置的冲洗;(2)依据风机与风机、管束与管束之间反复切换的方式冲洗;(3)冲洗排汽装置等。给出了具体的冲洗原则及提高冲洗质量方法。

Directing against problems existing in the process of putting pulverous precoat filter into operation, a concrete flushing scheme for hot - state flushing of the direct air- cooled unit has been put forward： （1）not only flushing the air- cooled condenser and corresponding pipelines, but also flushing the drain pipelines and exhaust steam facility at the steam turbine side; （2） flushing has to be carried out according to the mode of repeatedly switching over between fan and fan, as well as between tubebandle and tubebandle; （3） flushing of the exhaust steam facility etc. has to be also carried out. The concrete flushing principle and method for enhancing the quality of flushing have been also given.
