摘要
对某厂300 MW机组凝结水精处理锥斗分离再生系统空气擦洗树脂时罗茨风机过载跳闸的原因进行分析,找出了问题所在:(1)树脂分离器锥斗出现局部裂缝;(2)"失效树脂气送出"步骤未执行;(3)各套混床单元树脂量不平衡;(4)排汽管堵污;(5)再生排水设定时间偏短。采取相应措施后问题得以解决。
The causes leading to over-load tripping of Roots blower used to scrub the resin in conical hopper separated regeneration system of condensate polishing treatment for 300 MW units in one power plant have been analysed, finding out the existing problems are as follows: ( 1 ) some cracks appeared on the conical hopper of resin separator; (2) the steps of pneumatically sending out the failed resin haven't executed; (3) the amount of resin in each mixed bed isn't identical; (4) pollutant clogging in the exhausted gas pipe; (5) short set time for discharging water from the regenerator. After taking conrresponding measures,all the problems have been solved.
