摘要
介绍了某电厂300 MW机组主蒸汽管恒力吊架螺纹吊杆断裂情况,通过材质、断口分析和断裂力学计算表明,断裂为吊杆受到异常的拉伸+弯曲疲劳载荷作用所致,并与吊杆转轴锈蚀相关。对此,建议对运行时间较长且性能下降的恒力吊架进行全面检查并逐步更换,以确保管道系统安全。
The situation of screwed hanger rod breakage on costant force hanging hracket for main steam pipeline of 300 MW unit in one power plant has been presented. Thrnugh material quality inspection, fracture analysis, and breakage mechanics calculation, it shows that the quality and norm of said hanger rod are conform to the requirements of standard,the causes leading to breakage of the banger rod are due to effects of abnormal tension+bending fatigue load ,and being related to rotating shaft corrosion of the constant force hanging bracket. For this, it is recommented to conprehensively inspect the constant force hanging bracket, which has longer operation period and lowered performance,and being gradually replaced,to ensure safety of the pipeline system.
