摘要 P92钢是目前超超临界机组主蒸汽管道的应用钢种,其蠕变断裂寿命被广泛关注。以P92钢在各工况温度下的蠕变试验数据为基础,从蠕变速率的角度研究了蠕变速率同蠕变断裂寿命的关系,认为P92钢的蠕变有3个阶段,而蠕变性能取决于第2阶段的蠕变速率,并且最小蠕变速率是决定蠕变寿命的重要因素。P92钢的蠕变机理属位错蠕变。 The P92 steel is a steel sort being used for main steam pipelines of ultra- supercritical units at present,its creep rupture life has widely drawn close attention. Taking data of creep test under working condition of different temperature as the basis, the relationship between creep speed rate and creep ruture life has been studied from view point of the creep speed rate. It is believed that the creep of P92 steel has three stages,the creep property,however,is determined by creep speed rate in the second stage,and the minimum creep speed rate is an important factor which determines the creep life. The creep mechnism of P92 steel is believed to be dislo cation creep mechanism.
