摘要
目的总结高龄高危前列腺增生症(BPH)病人围手术期处理经验,提高高龄高危BPH手术治疗安全性和治愈率。方法总结分析100例高危BPH治疗过程。结果100例病人均按时顺利手术,大部分安全渡过围手术期。结论做好高危BPH病人围手术期处理,为顺利完成手术和预防并发症创造了有利条件。
Objective To improve the effect and safety of surgical treatment in advanced aged and danger patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods To summatize and analyze 100 cases of BPH with in advanced aged and high risk patients. Results All cases were operated successfully on time. Conclusion Perioperation management for benign prostatic hyperplasia in aged advanced and high risk patients is very important.
