摘要
在滚动轴承的早期故障信号中,由于较强的齿轮啮合频率以及噪声成份的存在,致使故障特征的提取比较困难。应用二阶循环平稳方法可以有效的抑制噪声,提取出信号中的周期成份,但无法排除啮合频率的干扰。提出了构造梳状滤波器滤除啮合频率,然后进行二阶循环平稳分析的滚动轴承早期故障诊断方法,并通过实际工程信号进行了验证。
In fault early diagnosis of rolling element bearing,due to the interference of background noise and gear mesh frequency,it is hard to extract fault characteristics from the original signal.Second order cyclostationary analysis can efficiently inhibit the noise interference and obtain the periodic components of the signal,however,it can not avoid the effect of gear mesh frequency.A new method based on comb filter and cyclostatinary analysis was presented.Application in an engineering signal verifies its capability in fault early diagnosis of rolling element bearing.
