益气活血化瘀法对大鼠促肝癌过程中Fas/FasL影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨益气活血化瘀法对大鼠促肝癌过程中Fas/FasL的影响。方法:160只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组,用二乙基亚硝胺诱导肝癌的发生发展,以益气活血化瘀法对促肝癌大鼠进行治疗,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测肝脏Fas/FasL。结果:与模型组相比,中药高、低剂量组在12、16周时Fas上调,FasL下调。16周时,中药高、低剂量组Fas/FasL的表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:Fas/FasL与肝癌的发生密切相关,益气活血化瘀法通过促进肝脏组织Fas的表达和抑制FasL的表达,从而对减缓大鼠肝癌的形成有一定作用,且呈一定的量效关系。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method on the expression of Fas/FasL in precancerous lesions of liver cancer in rats. Methods: One hundred and sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, high dosage and low dosage group of Chinese medicine. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was induced with the administration of diethylnitrosoamine (DEN) in rats and treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method. Enzyme linked immunoassay was used to measure Fas/FasL in liver. Results: As compared with model group, up-regulation of Fas and Downregulation of FasL occurred in high dosage group and low dosage group of Chinese medicine at 12wk and 16wk. At 16wk, the expression of Fas/FasL of high dosage group and low dosage group had distinctly statistical difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Fas/FasL is closely related to the occurrence of hepatocarcinogenesis, and Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method can effectively alleviate the formation of hepatocarcinogeuesis by accelerating the expression of Fas and inhibiting the expression of FasL liver tissue. Meanwhile, the effect of Fas/FasL certainly depends on the dosage of Chinese medicine.
