复方银杏叶胶囊对大鼠肝损伤的防护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察复方银杏叶胶囊(CGB)的保肝作用。方法:采用大鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,比较CGB与银杏叶提取物(GB)对大鼠肝脏功能保护作用。结果:CGB高、中剂量组大鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBil),与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);GB组大鼠血清ALT、ALP、TBil与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),但AST与模型组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:CGB与GB均有改善免疫性肝损伤大鼠肝功能效应,但CGB作用优于GB。 Objective: To study the effects of compound Ginkgo Biloba capsule (CGB) and Ginkgo Biloba extract (GB) on immunological liver injury in rats. Methods: Immunological liver injury was induced by injection of feral rat liver homogenate (FRL) 0.5ml, 60d, in rats, then CGB750mg·kg^-1, 250mg·kg^-1, 125mg·kg^-1, po, 60d, GB 66mg·kg^-1, po, 60 d. The alanine aminotransferase (ALT), the aspartic transaminase (AST), the alkaline phosphatase (ALP), the bilirubin (TBil), the albumin (Alb) were assayed by spectroscopy. Results: The AST, ALT, ALP and TBil level in groups of CGB 750mg ·kg^-1, 250mg·kg^-1 were decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ), but the AST in groups of GB was not showed (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The results demonstrate that CGB and GB both have protective effects on feral rat liver homogenates-induced hepatic injury in rats and the protective effects of CGB is superior to that of GB.
