两种市场环境下买方导向的IEMPs构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 从IEMPs建立后的运营角度出发,考察了利用IEMPs采购的情况,研究了两种市场环境下(供过于求和供不应求)买方导向IEMPs的构建问题。指出在不同市场环境下买方导向IEMPs,对采购效益的影响是不同的。研究了构建买方导向IEMPs后组织结构变化对买者采购成本和总的采购收益的影响,定量描述了买者构建买方导向IEMPs的条件。 From the viewpoint of the operation of IEMPs, the research focused on the establishment of buyer-oriented IEMPs in the background of the procurement in supply chain. The research has proved that IEMPs can improve the buyers' payoff with different manner under the two kinds of market environment, buyers' market and sellers' market. Then the paper researched the changes of organization structure would make an impact on the buyers' total payoff and the buyers' procurement cost after the buyer-oriented IEMPs was established. At last the paper put forward the condition that the buyers establish the buyer-oriented IEMPs.
