Synthesis of 2,4,5-Triarylimidazole Under Ultrasound Irradiation

摘要 在超声辐射下,以芳醛、二苯基乙二酮和醋酸铵为原料,冰醋酸为溶剂,无催化剂条件下多组分"一锅法"高产率地合成了2,4,5-三芳基咪唑,并应用高效液相色谱对反应体系进行跟踪,研究了超声辐射的功率、时间对反应的影响. A series of 2,4,5-triarylimidazo|e were synthesized by one-step condensation reaction of aromatic aldehyde, diphenyl diketone and ammonium acetate in the presence of acetic acid under ultrasound irradiation. The ultrasound irradiate power and time were optimized by HPLC.
