摘要
首先阐述了ECC数字签名技术的基本原理,然后提出了用ECC数字签名技术实现校园网管理系统中数字签名的电子公文,从而防止电子公文在传输过程中的非法侵入,保证其安全有效地传输。
The ECC digital signature technology＇s basic principles were elaborated first, then the application of the ECC digital signature technology was proposed to realize electron-official documents with the digital signature in the campus net management system, thus preventing the illegal invasions on electron-official documents in transmission process and guaranteeing its security and effective transmission.
