摘要 应用有限元方法建立了某型大客车车架结构的有限元模型,在确定载荷的简化和施加方法后,分别讨论了该车架的静态强度、刚度和模态特性,同时对该车架的动态特性也进行了分析研究。结果表明该车架能够满足各种性能要求,在载荷作用下,车架结构整体应力较小,但局部应力与材料的屈服应力接近,这为车架的优化设计提供了重要的依据。 Finite element modeling of bus frame was established by using finite element methods, after the simplified load and load way exerting on the frame were ensured, the static strength, rigidity, mode characteristics of the bus frame were discussed, at the same time, the dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The result expatiated that this bus frame model met with the design requirement, the frame overall stress level was low under load force, but local stress was close to the material yield stress, these results provided fundamental basis for optimization of the frame design.
