摘要
为解决当前分析化学教学中存在着可持续发展教育与使用粗放式容量分析仪器之间的矛盾,专门为学生实验室设计了一种标称容量为2.500 mL新型碱式微量滴定管,并通过数理统计方法,与50.00 mL标准碱式滴定管平行测定结果进行了比较,证明在精密度和准确度方面无显著性差异,且操作方便、节省时间和试剂。
In order to solve the conflict between process and the usage of the extensive analytical the sustainable education of analytical chemistry during the teaching instruments, this article designed a new 2. 500-mL micro-base-buret used by students in laboratory. The results of the parallel determination between this new buret and the conventional one were compared by mathematical statistics methods, which shows that there is no difference between these two burets on precision and accuracy. Besides, the new buret is easy to operate, saves time and reagent compared with the conventional 50. 00-mL buret.
