宗教的产生源于人类寻求一种超自然力帮助的需要。宗教建筑作为一种体现人神关系的建筑类型,对自然观的反映比其它建筑类型表现得更为突出。中西方在自然观上存在的差异,反映在其各自的传统宗教建筑上,主要表现为选址、功能布局和单体建筑空间的显著区别。
