我国城市园林绿化的非均衡性问题

The Non-equilibrium Problem in the Urban Landscape Greening of China

对我国城市园林绿化的非均衡性问题进行了研究。首先,分析了城市园林绿化的功能、发展现状,并指出我国城市园林绿化的非均衡性问题十分突出。其次,探讨了我国城市园林绿化的非均衡性效应,认为非均衡性会导致城市热岛效应、能耗增加和城市居民生活质量下降等一系列后果。然后,分析了我国城市园林绿化非均衡性问题成因,认为园林绿地管理体制不健全,与城市发展规划不配套,公众绿化意识不强等是重要原因。最后,提出相应的对策与建议。

In this paper the non-equilibrium problem in the urban landscape greening of China is studied First of all, the function and development situation of urban landscape greening is analyzed. it is found that Ihe non-equilibrium problem in the urban landscape greening of China is very conspicuous.Secondly,the effects of the urban lanscapes non-equilibrium such as urban heat lsland effect, the decline in the quality of life of urban residents, and the increase in energy consumption are discussed. Then, the causes of the non equilibrium problem are analyzed, which include the green management system is not pedect; urban landscape is inconsistent with urban development planning; and the green consciousness of the people is not strong Finally, some corresponding suggestions are provided.
