摘要
LiMO2(M=Co、Ni和Mn)过去和现在都广泛地应用于移动电子器件的锂离子电池中。随着新的数码产品和动力电源的开发,对正极材料有更高的要求。介绍了层状LiMO2的掺杂取代和表面改性包覆的进展以及在正极材料锂层中Li+和Ni2+的阳离子混排对循环性能、倍率能力和热稳定性的影响。最后,预估了层状正极材料发展趋向。
Layered LiMO2( M = Co, Ni and Mn) materials were widely applied in Li-ion batteries for the mobile electronic devices from the past and present. As the development of the 3G products and power source for EV and HEV, the positive material was required with some special characters. The progress in surface modification (coating) and doping-substituting of the layered LiMO2 and the effects of cation mixing between Li^ + and Ni^2 + in Li layer on the cycle performance, rate capability and thermal stability of battery were introduced. At last, the development trend of the layered positive material was expected.
