摘要
密云县污水处理厂再生水厂工程采用MBR处理工艺,设计规模4.5万m3/d,采用国际先进的中空纤维膜组件和模块化设计与安装,膜组件的清洗维护和整体系统的运行全部实现自动控制。该工程是我国第一座自行设计、自行施工、自行运行的大型膜-生物反应器污水资源化工程。运行表明:通过采用气、水二相紊流吹扫以及膜系统每周在线CIP化学清洗一次等有效的膜污染控制手段,MBR系统的膜污染可有效控制在一个比较稳定的水平,TMP平均值18.2 kPa,平均瞬时膜通量32.3 L/m2/h,折合净通量28.3 L/m2/h,MBR系统实现了长期稳定运行。
The water reclamation plant project of Miyun County Sewage Treatment Plant, with design capacity of 45 000 m3/d, employs MBR treatment process, world advanced hollow fiber membrane components and modnlarization design and installation, and realizes automatic control on the cleaning and maintenance of membrane components and the operation of the whole system. This project is the first large-size membrane-bioreactor sewage reclamation project of self design, self construction and self operation in China. The operation shows that with the gas-liquid turbulent flow purge and the on-line CIP chemical cleaning of membrane system once a week, the membrane contamination can be controlled at a comparatively stable level, with the average TMP value of 18.2 kPa and average instantaneous membrane throughput of 32.3 L/m2/h corresponding to net throughput 28.3 L/m2/h, and the MBR system can realize long-term stable operation.
