摘要 电站燃煤锅炉的长杆蒸汽吹灰器,在运行过程中容易出现枪管卡涩、吹灰介质(蒸汽或水)和炉内飞灰泄露等问题。采用特殊设计的蒸汽吹灰器专用密封装置,改进吹灰器穿墙密封结构,可以较好地解决这些问题,其中,专用密封装置由滑动密封、压紧装置和填料组等三部分组成,滑动密封又包括自动跟踪密封和伺服环两部分,该结构不仅能确保内外枪管的径向移动,而且密封性能良好,吹灰器穿墙密封也能取得较好的效果。 There are frequent problems such as gun pipe blocking, blowing media like steam or water and flying ash leaking, ere. during the operation of the steam soot blower with long pipe. A special sealing device for the soot blower will be adopted so as to improve the sealing structure of the blower. The sealing device consists of three components like sliding sealing, clamping component and filling component. There are auto-tracking sealing part and servo ring in the sliding sealing component which is not only good in sealing performance but also smooth radial moving with gun pipe.
