摘要
对低辐射镀膜玻璃的产品种类,生产线配置,运行成本等进行了分析,指出了在低辐射镀膜玻璃生产线投资决策前需着重考虑市场需求品种,生产线的产能,生产成本等要素。通过对低辐射镀膜玻璃产品的成本分析,指出了投资成本在整个成本构成中所占的比例接近50%,为了提升企业竞争力,降低成本单耗是至关重要的。
Categories and production cost of Low-e glass were discussed and some essential factors ,such as category to be demanded in market, capacity and cost of production, were also pointed out. It is concluded that the capital investment is close to 50% in the total cost constituent.
