冠桥修复对根管糊剂超填基牙疗效的影响

Evaluation of Fixed Restoration on Therapeutic Effects of Root Canal Therapy with Paste in Overfilling of Canal

目的评价冠桥修复对根管糊剂超填的基牙疗效影响。方法慢性根尖周炎患牙用自配根管糊剂行一次法根管治疗术将超填的165颗患牙分为2组,基牙组91颗,非基牙组74颗,治疗后6、12、24个月随访,经临床检查和X线片检查,比较2组治愈率和超填糊剂残留率。结果治疗24个月,基牙组71颗痊愈,治愈率78.02%;非基牙组61颗痊愈,治愈率82.43%。基牙组45颗超填糊剂残留,残留率49.45%;非基牙组38颗超填糊剂残留,残留率51.35%。2组治愈率和超填糊剂残留率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠桥修复对根管糊剂超填的基牙疗效无影响。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of one-off root canal therapy with self-made paste in overfilling the canal after fixed restoration. Methods Cases were treated by one-off root canal therapy with self-made paste in overfilling the canal. The cases were divided into two groups, one group including 91 teeth employed abutment, and another 74 not employed abutment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated with both clinical and X-ray examination after 6, 12 and 24 months. Results After one-off root canal therapy in overfilling the canal, 146 in 165 teeth have been treated by follow-ups for one half to two years. The periapecal shadows of X-ray shrank or disappeared after 6 months. The success rate is 78.02% （71 in 91 teeth employed abutment） while 82.43% （45 in 74 teeth） in the other group. 45 teeth （49. 45% ） with overfilling of the canal were seen in the periapecal while 38 teeth （51.35%） in the other group. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fixed restoration did not influence the therapeutic effects of one-off root canal therapy with myself paste in overfilling the canal.
