摘要
时空数据模型(Spatio-temporal Data Model)是TGIS(Temporal GIS即时态GIS)的核心,决定了TGIS系统操作的灵活性,影响和制约TGIS的研究发展。本文简要介绍了时空数据模型的发展历程和研究现状,着重分析了几种典型的时空数据模型,并从模型的时空表达和设计方法两个方面对其进行分类,指出各个模型的优缺点,同时结合当前时空数据模型研究过程中存在的主要问题,从建模机理、模型对象角度及模型功能方面对其发展趋势进行展望。
Spatio-Temporal Data Model （STDM） is the crucial problem of Temporal GIS （TGIS）. It determines the flexibility of the TGIS, and restricts the research and development of TGIS. The research of STDM in the past three decades is reviewed in the paper. Focusing on several typical STDM, their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out first, and then are classified from the basic concept and design of models. Concerning the main problems in current research, the development directions of STDM are prospected from the mechanism, objective and function of STDM＇s modeling.
