摘要 为进一步加强公安文职队伍建设,解决队伍中存在的一些不和谐问题和薄弱环节,可通过对理念型心理契约等先进管理理念和现代化管理手段的探索来加强和改进公安文职工作。这就要拓展工作思路,通过心理契约等方式积极创造条件构筑以岗位分类、人力开发和信息管理为基础的公安文职管理平台,使文职资源为现代警务提供更为有效的保障。 In order to further strengthen police civilian rank construction and solve the disharmonies and weaknesses existent in the contingent, the advanced administration theories such as the conception- type psychological contract and the modern administration means can be explored to strengthen and improve the work of police civilians. We are required to develop the working way of thinking, actively create conditions to construct police civilian administration platform based upon post classification, manpower development and information administration by the means of the conception - type psychological contract in order to ensure the civilian resources to provide modern policing with more effective guarantee.
