酵母源β-葡聚糖对肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 把309只1日龄AA+肉用仔鸡随机分为3组,分别饲喂不同日粮,试验7周,研究酵母源β-葡聚糖对鸡的生长性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明:饲料中添加酵母源β-葡聚糖后,鸡的平均日增质量得到了提高,但都与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组的鸡死亡率比对照组降低3.88%,且差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组之间的鸡新城疫HI抗体效价水平无显著性差异。 309 one-day-AA^+ broilers were randomly allocated to 3 treatmets(103 for each treatment), and fed corn-soybean diet to A treatment as control group; to B treatment control diet supplemented with 50% β-glucooligosaccharides (β-GOS) in yeast sources; to C treatment control diet supplemented with 70% β-GOS in yeast sources. There are β-GOS 30 mg/kg diets in B and C treatments; the experiment lasted for seven weeks. The results showed that 50% β-GOS increased average daily gain; but the differences were no significant with control(P〉0.05); death rate of trial groups decreased significantly 3.88% than control group(P〈 0.05). The antibody levers were no significant difference in trial and control groups.
