前列腺癌组织中VEGF和TGF-β1表达的关系

The Expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 in Prostatic Carcinoma

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与转化生长因子(TGF-β1)在前列腺癌中的表达及意义。方法选取不同分级的前列腺癌组织和前列腺增生组织,采用免疫组织化学S-P法染色,检测VEGF及TGF-β1的表达情况。结果63例前列腺癌组织中病理分级(按Gleason分级系统)分化良好癌、中等分化癌、分化不良癌中VEGF的蛋白表达率分别为36.3%(8/22),68.1%(15/22),100%(19/19)。随着Gleason评分增加,VEGF蛋白表达率明显升高(P<0.05)。病理分级中分化良好癌、中等分化癌、分化不良癌TGF-β1的蛋白表达率分别为18.1%(4/22),45.4%(10/22),78.9%(15/19)。随着Gleason评分增加,TGF-β1蛋白表达率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论①VEGF的表达与前列腺癌的Gleason评分正相关;②TGF-β1的表达与Gleason评分正相关;③VEGF和TGF-β1的表达呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor）and TGF-β1（transforming growth factor） in prostatic carcinoma.Methods Prostatic carcinoma tissues of different pathological grades and prostatic hyperplasia tissues were selected,SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and TGF-β1.Results The expressing rates of VEGF in well differentiated,moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated accorwerding to cell differentiating degree（Gleason system） were 36.3%（8/22）,68.1%（15/22）and 100%（19/19）respectively.The expressing rate of VEGF in poorly carcinoma was higher than that in well differentiated statistically（P〈0.05）.The expressing rates of TGF-β1 in them were 18.1%（4/22）,45.4%（10/22） and 78.9%（15/19）respectively.The expressing rate of TGF-β1 in poorly differentiated carcinoma was higher than that in well differentiated statistically（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 have positive correlation with Gleason grade.Comparatively,the expression of VEGF has positive correlation with TGF-β1.
