The Dynamic Management of Hotel Employee Drain——A Perspective of Psychological Contract

饭店员工是饭店赖以生存和发展的核心力量,然而饭店业员工流失现象日益增多,给饭店经营管理带来了严重影响。从心理契约角度出发,对饭店员工心理契约特征进行分析,构建员工流失动态管理模型,并从微观、宏观两方面提出控制员工流失的对策。

Hotel employees are the core strength to a hotel＇s survival and development, but the phenomenon of hotel employee drain has very bad effect on hotel＇s operation and management. This paper analyses the hotel employees＇psychological characteristics and builds a dynamic management model of hotel employee drain from psychological viewpoint. Moreover, it provides the countermeasures from both micro and macro aspects.
