紫外线预照射猪皮覆盖自体微粒皮治疗深度烧伤临床分析 被引量:2

Effect Analysis of Pigskin Pre-irradiated by Ultraviolet Ray Combined with Autogenous Microne Skin for Deep Burn Wound

摘要 目的探讨紫外线预照射猪皮覆盖自体微粒皮治疗深度烧伤的临床疗效。方法67例深Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者,随机分为实验组(35例)和对照组(32例),实验组的烧伤创面覆盖的猪皮预先经40 W紫外线预照射2 h,对照组烧伤创面所覆盖的猪皮未经紫外线照射,比较两组烧伤创面的愈合效果。结果实验组烧伤创面平均愈合时间(28.4±2.2)d,显著少于对照组的(35.8±2.5)d,创面感染率低于对照组(20.0%vs.43.7%),而创面Ⅰ类愈合率高于对照组(80.0%vs.56.2%)(P<0.05)。结论紫外线预照射猪皮覆盖自体微粒皮用于深度烧伤创面能显著加快创面愈合。 Objective To investigate the effect of pigskin pre-irradiated by ultraviolet ray combined with autogenous microne skin for covering the deep burn wound. Methods The pigskin and autogenous microne skin were applied to cover the burn wounds in 67 patients with deep Ⅱ to Ⅲ. The patients were randomized into experiment group and control group, with 35 and 32 cases respectively. The pigskin was pre-irradiated by ultraviolet ray with power of 40 watt for 2 hours in the experiment group, whereas pigskin was not pre-treatment in the control group. The healing results of burn wounds were observed. Results The mean healing duration of burn wounds of the experiment group was (28.4 ± 2.2) days, and obviously shorter than (35.8 ± 2.5 ) days of the control group(P 〈0.01 ). The infection rate of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group (20. 0% vs. 43.7% ) ,and the healing rate of type I of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group (80.0% vs. 56.2% ) (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The pigskin pre-irradiated by ultraviolet ray combined with autogenous microne skin can accelerate the healing of deep burn wounds.
