摘要 用有限元方法分析了在大气压下真空平板玻璃支撑柱处的应力分布,得出了其应力分布规律,对真空平板玻璃封边处、支撑处、相邻支撑柱之间连线中点的应力分布进行了表征.结果表明,最大应力发生在每个支撑的支撑端面,且以玻璃四角的第2个支撑柱处的应力最大,第2排的支撑柱处次之,其理论计算与软件分析结果基本一致. The shore stress field of vacuum plate glazing at the atmospheric pressure was analyzed by the finite element analysis method, and its stress distribution laws were found. The stresses of the parts such as the sealed sides, the shores, and the middle points between two adjacent shores, and etc. , were characterized. The results show that the highest stress occurs in the end surface of every shore, and the maximal stress of the vacuum glazing occurs in the second shore of four square sides, and the shore stress in the second row is next, and its theoretical calculation is in accordance with the result of software analysis.
