常规心电图与电话网络心电图在社区中的应用及对比分析

Utilization and comparative analysises of routine and telephone network electrocardiogram in community

目的探讨常规心电图和电话网络心电图在社区中的应用,并比较两种记录方法的价值。方法社区医院行常规心电图检查,将结果传真至本院监测中心;并同时给受检对象佩带电话网络心电监测记录盒,监测后将心电信号通过电话线传送至本院监测中心电脑终端上,专职人员对其心电图进行分析、诊断、打印报告。对20个社区共2160例4类人群进行研究。结果常规心电图发现心电异常率为1.1%,电话网络心电图则为45.6%。对体检者(1026例),胸闷、气短等症状者(321例)、心前区疼痛者(107例)、阵发性心慌者(706例),常规心电图发现异常率分别为0.7%,1.9%,1.9%和1.1%,而电话网络心电图发现异常率分别为18.8%,39.9%,30.8%和89.2%。结论电话网络心电图的社区应用便捷,心电图异常检出率高。

Objective To probe into utilization of routine and telephone network electrocardiogram in community and to compare the value of two recording methods. Methods after performing routine electrocardiogram, the result was transmitted to monitor center of hospital. The patients were worn the network heart electricity recording box at the same time. Doctor was going to analysis and diagnose electrocardiogram, print report when singal of electrocardiogram were transmitted to hospital central computer. Results In the existing 20 community mesh point, for receiving the transmission material 2 160 examples, in which contain 4 kind of people： abnormal rate of routine electrocardiogram was 1.1% , abnormal rate of telephone network electrocardiogram was 45.6%. In 1 026 examples of physical examination, stuffily 321 patients with chest pant, 107 patients with chest pant and 706 cases with paroxysmal palptitation, the abnormal rate of routine electrocar- diogram were 0.7 % , 1.9% , 1.9% , 1.1%, and the abnormal rate of telephone network electrocardiogram were 18.8% ,39. 9% ,30.8% ,89.2%. Conclusion The application of telephone network electrocardiogram is more convenient and the rates of abnormal electrocardiogram is higher.
