移民社区的多元文化冲突与和谐——北京市望京“韩国城”研究

The Conflicts and Harmony of Multi-culture in Immigrant Community——the Study of Wangjing "Korean Town" of Beijing

文章考察了过去10年来聚居在北京特别是在号称"韩国城"的望京社区的韩国人同当地居民之间各种关系的形成问题。移民在适应移居地社会的过程中,与当地居民在社会生活的方方面面发生广泛的互动,这种交往与互动的结果使城市社会各主体面临着异文化的冲击。文化差异带来的生活方式和行为方式的不同使迁移者和当地居民之间发生冲突和摩擦,从而影响了当地居民的正常生活和城市的社会秩序。

This paper reviews those problems which were created by all kinds of relationship between South Korean living in Wangjing ＂Korean town＂ and the local people during the last ten years. The Korean immigrants interacted with local people in almost every respect of their social lives, during their adaptation process. As a result, this communication and interact generated huge foreign cultural challenge confronted by all the social subjects of the city. The interaction and its resuits make all concerning parties experience culture conflicts which has seriously damaged life and social order.
