加长型股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧髋部骨折 被引量：10

摘要 股骨干骨折合并同侧髋部骨折多为高能量损伤所致，发生率约为1％～6％。对于这种复合型损伤诊断困难，容易漏诊，且治疗方法尚未统一。从2004年8月至2006年5月，我科应用加长型股骨近端髓内钉（AO／ASIF—proximal femoralnail—long，PFN—long）治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧髋部骨折17例，效果满意，报告如下。
