高职院校职业指导工作存在的问题与对策

The measures of the vocational guidance work in the high vocational college

现行高职职业指导工作缺乏系统性和可操作性，与学校教育缺乏有效融合，使学校教育与职业岗位相脱节等，主要是因为高职院校对职业指导认识不够，大部分高职职业指导只停留在就业指导上。因此，要从各方面加强高职职业指导工作。

There are some problem exist in the present vocational guidance work in high vocational college, such as short of systematicness and maneuverability, no effective integration with the vocational education, education is out of line with the job,and so on. So that,we must improve the vocational guidance work with all kinds of measures.
