摘要
权利申诉与救济是现代司法制度的一大特征，新颁布的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》明确提出了大学生的申诉权以及相应的救济制度，从而为高职院校推进依法治校、尊重学生权利、维护学生合法权益提供了有力的制度保障。
The rights appealing and rights protection is a major feature of modem judicial system. ＂Regulations on Management of university students＂ which is newly promulgated clearly put forward rights appealing and the corresponding protection system of university students. It provide a strong security system to promote ＂running the school according to law＂, respect the rights of students and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students.
