Bcl-2在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变时的表达

Expression of Bcl-2 in cervical carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasm

目的Bcl-2是细胞凋亡抑制基因之一，在宫颈癌中表达的报道结果至今不尽一致。本研究旨在进一步观察Bcl-2在宫颈肿瘤的发生发展中的表达情况及其意义。方法用免疫组织化学染色的方法对130例宫颈组织包括24例慢性宫颈炎、16例低度宫颈上皮内肿瘤、24例高度宫颈上皮内瘤变和66例宫颈浸润癌进行检测，确定染色强度，计算阳性率并进行，检验分析。结果按照上述病变顺序，bcl-2染色阳性率分别是75．0％、68．8％、62．5％、65．2％，经，检验差异不显著，P〉0．05。结论Bcl-2在宫颈肿瘤中的表达改变不明显，在宫颈肿瘤的发生发展中可能不起重要作用。

Objective Bcl-2 is one of the cell apoptosis inhibition genes. The result of Bcl-2 expression in cervical cancer is inconsistent so far. The purpose of this study is to further observe the expression status of Bcl-2 in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and discuss the significance of the expression. Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed on 130 cases of cervical tissues including 24 cervicitis, 16 low degree of intraepithelial neoplasms, 24 high degree of intraepithelial neoplasms and 66 cervical squamous cell carcinomas. The staining intensity and positive staining rate were determined and analyzed with statistics （x^2 test）. Results In the lesion order mentioned above the Bcl-2 positive staling rates were 75.0%, 68.8%, 62.5%, and 65.2%, respectively. The difference of the Bcl-2 positive staining rates among the lesions was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The change of Bcl-2 expression in cervical cancer might not be significant and suggested that Bcl-2 may play an unimportant role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
